We couldn't decide what to call this episode so we went with both options.
Listener's of the podcast know that my wife and I recently went on a Caribbean cruise.
While we were gone, Ashley Raines and Broccoli Rob spoke to several past guests/friends of the podcast and asked them to share a funny memory or lesson learned.
To say that I was humbled is an understatement!
As it turns out the 3rd Anniversary of the Everyday Ironman Podcast is the 1st week of July so we all agreed this would be a great episode to release to commemorate that milestone.
