94 - Tyler Lyons

In this episode, we hear from one of our youngest guest to day. 19 year old and High School Senior, Tyler Lyons completed Ironman 70.3 Texas just a few weeks ago. 

Tyler provides his level-set introduction and an a breakdown of the Decathlon. 

As I was on-site race day both volunteering and cheering, we talked through his race experience discipline by discipline.
